Google has lowered the price of its monthly storage plans to $1.99 for the 100GB plan (previously $4.99), $9.99 for 1TB (previously $49.99), and $99.99 for 10TB, with even more storage available if you need it. How big is a terabyte anyway? Well, that’s enough storage for you to take a selfie twice a day for the next 200 years!!! and still have room left over.
Like before, storage continues to work across Drive, Gmail and Google+ Photos. Of course, the first 15GB plan remains free when you sign up to a Google account. You can sign up for one of these new Google Drive plans at www.google.com/settings/storage. If you already pay for storage, you’ll automatically move to a better plan at no extra cost.

The Google Play Store is easily one of the app stores out there, but you might get to the point where you just want to try something else out. So, if you’re looking to expand your horizons, we’ve put together eight of the best Play Store alternatives. Check ‘em out!
8th on our list is an app called AppsFire. The app has some elements that are similar to Taptu, such as the interface being driven by a number of horizontal lists. Unlike Google’s own Play Store and other Play Store alternatives, AppsFire does its best to fit as much as possible on a single screen.
There’s really nothing overly increduble about AppsFire, but it does offer a few helpful features. For example, it will tell you what apps can be moved to our microSD card, and during our tests, it even recommened apps based on the Snapdragon processor in the Nexus 4. However, the overall experience is pretty lackluster, but the small things it does makes it worth putting on this list.
